Abstract

(57)【要約】 【目的】 コンデンサなどの複数の電装部品を機器本体
に取り付ける電装部品取付装置において、取付作業性を
向上することを目的とする。 【構成】 コンデンサ２を挿入する複数の嵌合穴３とこ
の嵌合穴３の一端に係止片４を有する取付具１を合成樹
脂で形成する。この取付具１を２個使用してコンデンサ
２の両側よりコンデンサ２に取り付け、取付具１により
コンデンサ２を機器本体に取り付け、複数のコンデンサ
２を同時に取り付けることができる。

【発明の詳細な説明】
【０００１】
【産業上の利用分野】本発明はコンデンサなどの複数の
電装部品を機器本体、たとえば空気調和機に取り付ける
電装部品取付装置に関する。
【０００２】
【従来の技術】従来、この種の電装部品取付装置は図３
および図４に示すように構成していた。以下、その構成
について説明する。
【０００３】図に示すように、電源板１１は、空気調和
機（機器本体）に必要な各種電装部品を取り付けるもの
で、複数のコンデンサ１２をそれぞれ取付具１３を使用
してねじ１４により電源板１１に固定していた。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】このような従来の電装
部品取付装置では、コンデンサ１２の数だけ取付具１３
とねじ１４が必要で、部品点数が多く、作業工数がかか
るという問題を有していた。
【０００５】本発明は上記課題を解決するもので、コン
デンサ（電装部品）の取付作業性を向上することを目的
としている。

【課題を解決するための手段】本発明は上記目的を達成
するために、電装部品を挿入する複数の嵌合穴とこの嵌
合穴の一端に係止片を有する取付具を合成樹脂で形成
し、前記取付具を２個使用して電装部品の両側より前記
電装部品に取り付け、前記取付具により前記電装部品を
機器本体に取り付けるようにしたことを課題解決手段と
している。

【作用】本発明は上記した課題解決手段により、２個の
取付具の嵌合穴に電装部品の両側をそれぞれ挿入し、こ
の取付具によって複数の電装部品を同時に取り付けでき
る。

【実施例】以下、本発明の一実施例を図１および図２を
参照しながら説明する。
【０００９】図に示すように、取付具１は、合成樹脂で
形成し、複数のコンデンサ（電装部品）２を挿入する複
数の嵌合穴３を設けている。嵌合穴３の奥にはコンデン
サ２を係止する係止片４と凸部５とコンデンサ２の防爆
弁が作動したとき絶縁距離を確保するための絶縁部６と
を設けている。穴７は取付具１を機器本体（図示せず）
に固定するためのものである。
【００１０】上記構成において、コンデンサ２を機器本
体に取り付ける際には、取付具１を２個使用して、コン
デンサ２の両側より取付具１をコンデンサ２に取り付
け、取付具１により機器本体に取り付ける。したがっ
て、２個の取付具１によって複数のコンデンサ２を同時
に取り付けることができ、コンデンサ２の取付作業性を
向上することができる。
【００１１】なお、上記実施例では、コンデンサ２を取
り付けるようにしたが、コンデンサ２以外の電装部品、
たとえばスイッチなどに適用できることはいうまでもな
い。

【発明の効果】以上の実施例から明らかなように本発明
によれば、電装部品を挿入する複数の嵌合穴とこの嵌合
穴の一端に係止片を有する取付具を合成樹脂で形成し、
前記取付具を２個使用して電装部品の両側より前記電装
部品に取り付け、前記取付具により前記電装部品を機器
本体に取り付けるようにしたから、２個の取付具によっ
て複数の電装部品を同時に取り付けることができ、電装
部品取付作業性を向上することができる。

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 【請求項１】 電装部品を挿入する複数の嵌合穴とこの
    嵌合穴の一端に係止片を有する取付具を合成樹脂で形成
    し、前記取付具を２個使用して電装部品の両側より前記
    電装部品に取り付け、前記取付具により前記電装部品を
    機器本体に取り付けるようにした電装部品取付装置。
