Claims (8)
- 1.水洗いされる後壁を有する小部屋(以下、ブースと称する)を備え、この後 壁の水洗いによって過剰な吹き付け塗料を回収し、ブース廃水中に洗い流すよう にした吹き付け塗装場に於て、加熱乾燥性ラッカを水に分散させた塗料(以下、 分散塗料と称する)を用いて吹き付け塗装を行なうに際して、ブース廃水は超高 性能濾過によって透過浸透部とラッカを含む残渣部とに分離され、透過浸透部は 吹き付け塗装場に戻され、新たな分散塗料を吹き付け塗装場に供給すると共に、 ラッカの結合成長を防止する成分を吹き付け塗装場に供給される分散塗料に混合 するようにした、以下の特徴を有する分散塗料を使用して吹き付け塗装場に於て 環境に優しい吹き付け塗装を行なう方法。 −吹き付け塗装場に供給される分散塗料に乾燥抑制成分が混合されること、 −ブース廃水に超高性能濾過出力を調整する成分が混合されること、 −吹き付け塗装場に戻される水の導電率を監視し、制限値以下に保つこと、 −ラッカを含む残渣部のラッカ含有量が新たに供給される分散塗料のラッカ含有 量と本質的に等しくなるまで、ブース廃水から水を除去してラッカを含む残渣部 を濃縮すること、および−超高性能濾過後のラッカ濃縮された残渣部が吹き付け 塗装に再使用されること。
- 2.高性能濾過出力を調整する成分がグリコールの誘導体である請求の範囲1に 記載の分散塗料を使用して吹き付け塗装場に於て環境に優しい吹き付け塗装を行 なう方法。
- 3.ラッカがアルキッド樹脂、またはアルキッド樹脂とアクリル樹脂の混合物か らなる請求の範囲1に記載の分散塗料を使用して吹き付け塗装場に於て環境に優 しい吹き付け塗装を行なう方法。
- 4.望ましくは逆浸透処理によって得た導電率が10のマイナス4乗モー・セン チメイトルである水だけを吹き付け塗装場に供給するようにした請求の範囲1に 記載の分散塗料を使用して吹き付け塗装場に於て環境に優しい吹き付け塗装を行 なう方法。
- 5.ラッカの結合成長を防止する成分は平均分子量が75乃至133の一つまた は幾つかの脂肪族アミン、その混合物、または誘導体から選ばれる請求の範囲1 に記載の分散塗料を使用して吹き付け塗装場に於て環境に優しい吹き付け塗装を 行なう方法。
- 6.分散塗料またはブース廃水、またはその両者は付加的に殺虫成分を含んでい る請求の範囲1に記載の分散塗料を使用して吹き付け塗装場に於て環境に優しい 吹き付け塗装を行なう方法。
- 7.新規に供給される分散塗料のラッカ濃度までラッカを含む残渣部を濃縮する 処理は本質的には連続的に行なわれ、ラッカ濃縮された残渣部は本質的には連続 的に吹き付け塗装に再使用される請求の範囲1に記載の分散塗料を使用して吹き 付け塗装場に於て環境に優しい吹き付け塗装を行なう方法。
- 8.新たに供給される分散塗料のラッカ濃度までラッカを含む残渣部を濃縮する 処理は本質的には不連続的に、即ちバッチ単位(バッチ方式)で行なわれ、ラッ カ濃縮された残渣部は吹き付け塗装に再使用される前に中間貯蔵槽に保存される 請求の範囲1に記載の分散塗料を使用して吹き付け塗装場に於て環境に優しい吹 き付け塗装を行なう方法。
