Description
Claims (9)
- 1.構造化された薄板(1、2)の層から巻き上げられた又は積層された、液体 が流れる多くの溝(9)を有するハニカム体(8)を膠着及びろう付けする方法 において、a)巻き上げ又は積層前に、構造化された薄板(1、2)の後にろう 付けすべき及び膠着すべき範囲(3;4;5;6;7)に接着剤又は結合剤を塗 布し、 b)この薄板をハニカム体に巻き上げるか又は積層化し、c)巻き上げ又は積層 された担体(8)にろう粉末を送り込むことにより、この粉末をすべての被覆さ れた箇所(3;4;5;6;7)に配置し、そこに付着残留させ、d)余分なろ う粉末を担体(8)から除去し、有利には振り落とすか又は吹き飛ばす 諸特徴を有する構造化された薄板の層から巻き上げられた又は積層されたハニカ ム体の膠着及びろう付け方法。
- 2.接着剤として圧感接着剤を使用することを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
- 3.巻き上げ又は積層を圧感接着剤が完全に乾燥しないうちに行うことを特徴と する請求項2記載の方法。
- 4.構造化された薄板(1、2)に条片状に結合剤又は接着剤を施し、その際単 数又は複数の条片が薄板(1、2)の構造に対して垂直、平行又は直角に走って いることを特徴とする請求項1、2又は3の1つに記載の方法。
- 5.構造化された薄板(1、2)の少なくとも一方又は両方の縁部の狭い帯域( 3、4)に接着剤又は結合剤を施し、これにより少なくとも製造すべきハニカム 体(8)の一方又は両方の端面をろう接合することを特徴とする請求項1ないし 4の1つに記載の方法。
- 6.構造化された薄板(1、2)を条片状(5)に接着剤又は結合剤で塗布し、 後に製造すべきハニカム体(8)の内部に前面から間隔を置いてろう接合を生ぜ しめることを特徴とする請求項1ないし5の1つに記載の方法。
- 7.構造化された薄板として平坦な薄板(1)と波状薄板(2)を交互に配置し て使用し、その際接着剤又は結合剤は平坦な薄板(1)及び/又は波状薄板(2 )上に施すことを特徴とする請求項1ないじ6の1つに記載の方法。
- 8.接着剤又は結合剤をろう付けすべき範囲内で波状薄板(2)上にのみ、すな わち波型内頂部(6;7)にのみ施すことを特徴とする請求項7記載の方法。
- 9.構造化された薄板(1、2)の搬送路の側方に隣接して及び/又はその上方 及び/又は下方に接着剤又は結合剤を含浸することのできるスポンジ状のローラ (11、12)が配設されており、これが構造化された薄板(1、2)と少なく とも部分帯域で接触し、その搬送運動によって又は独自の駆動機構によって回転 可能であることを特徴とする請求項1ないし8の1つに記載の方法を実施するた めの接着剤又は結合剤塗布装置。
