Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 イオン化したガスが存在するイオン生成室の端
部を覆う如く配置された平面状の引出し電極に電
圧を与えることで、イオンを加速してイオン生成
室から引出し、試料にイオンビームを衝突させて
エツチングを行なうイオンエツチング装置におい
て、 前記引出し電極の一部をイオン生成室の前記端
部を形成するブロツク１８に固定し、 イオンの移動方向に対する引出し電極の変動を
規制するとともに、引出し電極の平面方向の変動
を妨げることなく引出し電極を支持する電極固定
台１７を設けたイオンエツチング装置。
