Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 （産業上の利用分野） 本発明はハロゲンランプを用いた焼成庫に関する。
（従来の技術） 従来焼成庫にハロゲンランプを熱源として用いたものは
例えば特公昭Ｂ３−３４４２８号公報に知られる。
（発明が解決しようとする課題） しかしこのものは、ハロゲンランプを設けただけにすぎ
ず、従って焼き調理をする上に必要とされる焼き加減と
焦げ加減とを調整出来ないなどの不具合がある。
本発明はかかる不具合のない焼成庫を得ることを目的と
する。
（課題を解決するための手段） 本発明はかかる目的を達成するため、請求項１記載の焼
成庫は、前面に開閉自在の扉を備える焼成室に遠赤外線
コーチングを施したハロゲンランプと該コーチングを施
さないハロゲンランプとを設けて成り、請求項２記載の
焼成庫は、遠赤外線コーチングを施したハロゲンランプ
と該コーチングを施さないハロゲンランプとを別個に制
御出来るようにして成る。
（作　用） 上記構成を備える請求項１記載の焼成庫では遠赤外線コ
ーチングを施したハロゲンランプからは、遠赤外線を照
射出来これによって該焼成庫内の調理物を特に内部から
加熱調理出来ると共に該コーチングを施さないハロゲン
ランプからは近赤外線を照射させることが出来、これに
よって調理物の表面を焦がすことができ、更にコーチン
グを施さないハロゲンランプからの該ランプ特有の明る
い光により庫内を照らすことができて照明用のランプを
設けることなく調理物の焦げ具合などを確認出来る。
更に請求項２記載の焼成庫ではこれらハロゲンランプを
別個に制御することでその組み合せにより種々の調理が
可能となる。
（実施例） 本発明実施の１例を図面に付き説明する。
図面で１は焼成庫本体、２は焼成庫本体１に設けた焼成
室、３は該焼成室２の前面に設けた開閉自在の扉、４は
該焼成室２に設けた！−ロゲンランブを示し、該ハロゲ
ンランプ４は遠赤外線コーチングを施したハロゲンラン
プ４ａと該コーチングを施さないハロゲンランプ４ｂと
からなる。これを更に説明すると該遠赤外線コーチング
を施した該ランプ４ａは該焼成室２の両側１本ずつ更に
天井に前後２本を施しコーチングを施さない該ランプ４
ｂは天井の該ランプ４ａ、　４ａの間に１本を配した。
尚図示する実施例では該ランプ４を機械的衝撃から保護
するために該ランプ４の前面にパンチング板５を設けた
。６は焼成室２の底面に設けたターンテーブル、１は焼
成室２の背面に設けた庫内ファン、８は該ファン７を囲
ぎょうするごとく設けたシーズヒータを示す。尚９は各
ハロゲンランプ４の背面に設けた反射板を示し、図示し
ないが両側のハロゲンランプ４ａの背面にも該反射板９
があることもうすまでもない。
第３図はその制御回路を示し、該制御回路に介在させた
ハロゲンランプ４の内、遠赤外線コーチングを施さない
ハロゲンランプ４ｂはメインスイッチＭｓを介して電源
に連なるｅｐＬＩにより、又遠赤外線コーチングを施し
たハロゲンランプ４ａとシーズヒータ８は、メインスイ
ッチＭＳを介して電源に連なるｃｐｕと、該メインスイ
ッチＭｓと扉スィッチＤｓ１と温度過昇防止装置に連動
して開く常閉スイッチＯｈｓとを介して開閉するリレー
Ｒのリレー接点ｒｌ又はｒ２又はｒ３により制御される
。尚第２図に於いて４ａ−Ｌ　４ａ−２は側面に設けた
ハロゲンランプ、４ａ−Ｌ　４ａ−４は天井に設けたハ
ロゲンランプを示し、側面にあるもの並びに天井にある
ものはそれぞれを共通に制御する。尚該天井に設けた各
ハロゲンランプ４ａ、　４ｂは例えば７００ｗ、側面に
設けた各ランプは５００　ｖ　ｓシーズヒータ８は１．
２　Ｋｖとする。
次に本焼成庫による調理を説明すると、イースト醗酵を
行うには、側面並びに天井に設けた遠赤外線コーチング
を施した各ランプ４ａの出力を全出力の１７４にすると
ともに遠赤外線コーチングを施さない該ランプ４ｂの出
力を全出力の１／１４である５０ｗにし、しかも該ラン
プ４ａのみに温度調節機能を作動させて、庫内温度を３
５℃を保って調理する。次にオーブン調理を行うには天
井に設けた該ランプ４ａの出力を全出力の１／２にする
とともに遠赤外線コーチングを施さない該ランプ４ｂの
出力を５０ｖにし、更に残りの該ランプ４ａ並びに該ヒ
ータ８を全出力とし、しかも該ランプ４ａ及び該ヒータ
８に温度調節機能を付与させて庫内温度を１６０℃−２
５０℃に保って調理する。又グリル調理を行うには全て
の該ランプ４ａ及び４ｂの出力を全出力とすると共にシ
ーズヒータ８を不作動とし、該ランプ４ａ及び４ｂに温
度調節機能付与させて庫内温度を３００℃に保って調理
する。更に食物を暖めるには天井並びに側面に設けた該
遠赤外線コーチングを施したランプ４ａの出力を全出力
の１７２にすると共に該コーチングを施さない該ランプ
・４ｂの出力を全出力の１／１４である５０ｗにして調
理する。
即ちシーズヒータ８は不作動とし、該ランプ４ａのみで
温度調節・機能を付与させ庫内温度を８０℃に保って調
理する。解凍するには該遠赤外線コーチングを施した該
ランプ４ａの出力を全出力の１／４にすると共に該コー
チングを施さない該ランプ４ｂの出力を全出力の１／１
４である５０ｖにして解凍する。即ちシーズヒータ８を
不作動とし該ランプ４ａのみに温度調節機能を付与させ
庫内温度を４０℃に保って解凍する。更に乾燥するには
天井に設けた該コーチングを施した該ランプ４ａの出力
を全出力の１／２すると共に該コーチングを施さない該
ランプ４ｂの出力を全出力の１／１４である５０ｗにし
て該ランプ４ａのみで温度調節機能を付与して庫内温度
を８０℃に保って乾燥処理をおこなう。尚庫内ファン７
はグリル調理の場合を除いて全て作動させる。尚コーチ
ングを施さない該ランプ４ｂを前述の通り５０ｖで作動
させるとき該ランプ４ｂは照明用としてのみ機能する。
（発明の効果） 本発明は上述の通り構成を備えるので次に示す効果をす
る。
請求項１記載の焼成庫は遠赤外線コーチングを施したハ
ロゲンランプと該コーチングを施さないハロゲンランプ
を焼成庫に設けたので、これらの組み合せで良好な加熱
調理と焦げ目をつける調理と更に該コーチングを施さな
い該ランプが照明用のランプとしても機能するので、別
個に照明用のランプを必要とすることもない。
請求項２記載の焼成庫はこれらハロゲンランプを別個に
制御出来るようにしたので、その組み合せにより種々の
調理が可能となる。

  1. 【特許請求の範囲】 １、前面に開閉自在の扉を備える焼成室に遠赤外線コー
    チングを施したハロゲンランプと該コーチングを施さな
    いハロゲンランプとを設けて成る焼成庫。 ２、遠赤外線コーチングを施したハロゲンランプと該コ
    ーチングを施さないハロゲンランプとを別個に制御出来
    るようにして成る請求項１記載の焼成庫。
