Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 （産業上の利用分野） 本発明はハロゲンランプを用いた焼成庫に関する。
（従来の技術） 従来焼成庫にハロゲンランプを熱源として用いたもの
は例えば特開昭63−34426号公報に知られる。
（発明が解決しようとする課題） しかし、このものを、調理に使用しないとき、照明用
として使用することが考えられる。しかしハロゲンラン
プを照明用として利用しようとすると眩しすぎるの不具
合がある。
本発明はかかる不具合のない焼成庫を得ることを目的
とする。
（課題を解決するための手段） 本発明はかかる目的を達成するため、請求項１記載の
焼成庫は、前面に開閉自在の扉を備える焼成室に設けた
複数本のハロゲンランプの内の一部のハロゲンランプを
残して他のハロゲンランプに遠赤外線コーチングを施し
た焼成庫において、遠赤外線コーチングを施さないハロ
ゲンランプを調理に使用しないとき、その出力を下げて
点灯させるようにしたことを特徴とする。
（作 用） 上記構成を備える請求項１記載のハロゲンランプを調
理に使用しないとき、その出力を下げて点灯するように
したため、調理用のハロゲンランプを照明用としても利
用するとき眩しくない。
（実施例） 本発明実施の１例を図面に付き説明する。
図面で１は焼成庫本体、２は焼成庫本体１に設けた焼
成室、３は該焼成室２の前面に設けた開閉自在の扉、４
は該焼成室２に設けた調理用熱源としてのハロゲンラン
プを示し、該ハロゲンランプ４は遠赤外線コーチングを
施したハロゲンランプ4aと該コーチングを施さないハロ
ゲンランプ4bとからなる。これを更に説明すると該遠赤
外線コーチングを施した該ランプ4aは該焼成室２の両側
１本ずつ更に天井に前後２本を施しコーチングを施さな
い該ランプ4bは天井の該ランプ4a、4aの間に１本を配し
た。尚図示する実施例では該ランプ４を機械的衝撃から
保護するために該ランプ４の前面にパンチング板５を設
けた。６は焼成室２の底面に設けたターンテーブル、７
は焼成室２の背面に設けた庫内ファン、８は該ファン７
を囲撓するごとく設けたシーズヒータを示す。尚９は各
ハロゲンランプ４の背面に設けた反射板を示し、図示し
ないが両側のハロゲンランプ4aの背面にも該反射板９が
あることもうすまでもない。
第３図はその制御回路を示し、該制御回路に介在させ
たハロゲンランプ４の内、遠赤外線コーチングを施さな
いハロゲンランプ4bはメインスイッチMsを介して電源に
連なるcpuにより、又遠赤外線コーチングを施したハロ
ゲンランプ4aとシーズヒータ８は、メインスイッチMsを
介して電源に連なるcpuと、該メインスイッチMsと扉ス
イッチDs1と温度過昇防止装置に連動して開く常閉スイ
ッチOhsとを介して開閉するリレーＲのリレー接点r1又
はr2又はr3により制御される。尚第１図乃至第３図に於
いて4a−１、4a−２は側面に設けたハロゲンランプ、4a
−３、4a−４は天井に設けたハロゲンランプを示し、側
面にあるもの並びに天井にあるものはそれぞれを共通に
制御する。尚該天井に設けた各ハロゲンランプ4a、4bは
例えば700w、側面に設けた各ランプは500w、シーズヒー
タ８は1.2Kwとする。
次に本焼成庫による調理を説明すると、イースト醗酵
を行うには、側面並びに天井に設けた遠赤外線コーチン
グを施した各ランプ4aの出力を全出力の1/4にするとと
もに遠赤外線コーチングを施さない該ランプ4bの出力を
全出力の1/14である50wにし、しかも該ランプ4aのみに
温度調節機能を作動させて、庫内温度を35℃を保って調
理する。次にオーブン調理を行うには天井に設けた該ラ
ンプ4aの出力を全出力の1/2にするとともに遠赤外線コ
ーチングを施さない該ランプ4bの出力を50wにし、更に
残りの該ランプ4a並びに該ヒータ８を全出力とし、しか
も該ランプ4a及び該ヒータ８に温度調節機能を付与させ
て庫内温度を160℃−250℃に保って調理する。又グリル
調理を行うには全ての該ランプ4a及び4bの出力を全出力
とすると共にシーズヒータ８を不作動とし、該ランプ4a
及び4bに温度調節機能付与させて庫内温度を300℃に保
って調理する。更に食物を暖めるには天井並びに側面に
設けた該遠赤外線コーチングを施したランプ4aの出力を
全出力の1/2にすると共に該コーチングを施さない該ラ
ンプ4bの出力を全出力の1/14である50wにして調理す
る。即ちシーズヒータ８は不作動とし、該ランプ4aのみ
で温度調節機能を付与させ庫内温度を80℃に保って調理
する。解凍するには該遠赤外線コーチングを施した該ラ
ンプ4aの出力を全出力の1/4にすると共に該コーチング
を施さない該ランプ4bの出力を全出力の1/14である50w
にして解凍する。即ちシーズヒータ８を不作動とし該ラ
ンプ4aのみに温度調節機能を付与させ庫内温度を40℃に
保って解凍する。更に乾燥するには天井に設けた該コー
チングを施した該ランプ4aの出力を全出力の1/2すると
共に該コーチングを施さない該ランプ4bの出力を全出力
の1/14である50wにして該ランプ4aのみで温度調節機能
を付与して庫内温度を60℃に保って乾燥処理をおこな
う。尚庫内ファン７はグリル調理の場合を除いて全て作
動させる。尚コーチングを施さない該ランプ4bを前述の
通り50wで作動させるとき該ランプ4bは照明用としての
み機能する。
（発明の効果） 本発明は上述の通り構成を備えるので次に示す効果を
する。
請求項１記載の焼成庫によるときは、ハロゲンランプ
を調理に使用しないとき、その出力を下げて点灯するよ
うにしたため、調理用のハロゲンランプを照明用として
も利用することができ、出力を下げて点灯させるため眩
しくもない。

    (57)【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 【請求項１】前面に開閉自在の扉を備える焼成室に設け
    た複数本のハロゲンランプの内の一部のハロゲンランプ
    を残して他のハロゲンランプに遠赤外線コーチングを施
    した焼成庫において、遠赤外線コーチングを施さないハ
    ロゲンランプを調理に使用しないとき、その出力を下げ
    て点灯させるようにしたことを特徴とする焼成庫。
