Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 〔産業上の利用分野〕 本発明は、ＬＳＩ等の集積回路をプリント基板上に実装
するためのＪベンド型集積回路に関する。
〔従来の技術〕
従来のＪベンド型集積回路のプリント基板上への取付け
は、第２図に示すように、プリント基板上に形成された
導体パターン面に外部端子をリフローはんだ付は方法に
より取り付けられていた。
〔発明が解決しようとする課題〕
上述した従来のＪベンド型集積回路をプリント基板の両
面にリフローはんだ付けする場合は、まず１度目は、片
面側を先にリフローはんだ付けを行い次にプリント基板
を反転させ２度目のりフローはんだ付けを行っている。
この時、すでに集積回路の端子にはんだ付けされている
下面側のはんだも溶けてしまい集積回路が自重でプリン
ト基板から落ちてしまうという不都合があるため下面側
の集積回路は手作業によりはんだ付けを行わなけｈばな
らないという欠点があった。
〔課題を解決するための手段〕
本発明のＪベンド型集積回路は、集積回路の端子とパッ
ケージの本体の底面とがほぼ同じ高さし、接着剤による
固定が可能となる様にパッケージの本体に凸部を設けた
ことを特徴とする。
〔実施例〕
次に本発明の一実施例について図面を参照して説明する
。
第１図において、Ｊベンド（ＢＥＮＤ）型集積回路１の
パッケージ本体２はプリント基板６上に形成されている
導体バタ、−ン５とはんだ４によって取付けられている
。このパッケージ本体２０両側面から外方に向ってほぼ
垂直方向に外部端子３が導出されている。外部端子３は
Ｊ型に加工された形状となっておりパッケージ本体の底
面と外部端子の５部はかなりスキ間がある。
このため、パッケージ凸部７を設は接着剤８により集積
回路を固定することが出来るようになり、プリント基板
の両面に集積回路を取付ける場合において下面側に取付
けであるはんだが溶けて集積回路が自重により落ちてし
まうことを防いでいる。
〔発明の効果〕
以上説明したように、本発明は集積回路のパッケージ本
体に凸部を設けることにより接着剤によって集積回路を
固定出来りフローはんだ付は工程における両面自動リフ
ローが出来るようになることにより、集積回路の自動搭
載が可能となる。
さらに、はんだ付けの信頼性を高めることが出来るとい
う効果がある。

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 　パッケージ本体からＪ型に形成されほぼ垂直に導出さ
    れた複数本の外部端子を備えて成るＪベンド型集積回路
    において、前記パッケージ本体の基板対向面に凸部を設
    けたことを特徴とするＪベンド型集積回路。
