Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 減速装置を介し、電動モータの出力で被駆
    動体を作動しうるようにした電動アクチユエータ
    において、 減速装置の入力側回転軸に結合され、この減速
    装置の入力回転量を、所要基準位置からの絶対レ
    ベルでデジタルに検出する回転量検出手段と、 検出された入力回転量の単位時間当りの変化率
    から負荷トルクを検出し、検出された負荷トルク
    の大きさを、所要の制限値で判別して電動モータ
    を制御し、負荷トルクに限動動作を行なわせる負
    荷トルク限動制御手段と、 被駆動体の所要の作動位置を、減速装置の入力
    回転量の絶対レベルの値に対応させて、検出され
    た入力回転量の値を判別し、その判別結果により
    電動モータを制御し、被駆動体の作動位置に限動
    動作を行なわせる作動位置限動制御手段 とを備えてなる電動アクチユエータ用限動装置。 (2) 回転量検出手段が、電池でバツクアツプさ
    れているインクリメントロータリーエンコーダで
    ある請求項(1)記載の電動アクチユエータ用限動
    装置。 (3) 回転量検出手段が、アブソリユートロータ
    リーエンコーダである請求項(1)記載の電動アク
    チユエータ用限動装置。 (4) 回転検出手段の検出値が、液晶表示器で表
    示されている請求項(1)乃至(3)のいずれかに記載
    の電動アクチユエータ用限動装置。 (5) 回転検出手段の検出値が、信号送出手段に
    よつて外部に送出されている請求項(1)乃至(4)の
    いずれかに記載の電動アクチユエータ用限動装置
    。 (6) 負荷トルク限動制御手段が、電動モータの
    駆動電流の検出をもつて、判別の制御が開始され
    る請求項(1)乃至(5)のいずれかに記載の電動アク
    チユエータ用限動装置。 (7) 作動位置限動制御手段が、電動モータの駆
    動動流の検出をもつて、判別の制御が開始される
    ものである請求項(1)乃至(6)のいずれかに記載の
    電動アクチユエータ用限動装置。 (8) 負荷トルク限動制御手段と作動位置限動制
    御手段が、電動モータの駆動電流の検出をもつて
    、判別の制御が開始されるものである請求項(1)
    乃至(5)のいずれかに記載の電動アクチユエータ
    用限動装置。 (9) 負荷トルク限動制御手段と作動位置制御手
    段が、CPUを備えたマイクロコンピユータで構
    成されている請求項(1)乃至(7)のいずれかに記載
    の電動アクチユエータ用限動装置。 (10) 減速装置が、回転伝達機構の途中に緩衝手
    段を備えている請求項(1)乃至(9)のいずれかに記
    載の電動アクチユエータ用限動装置。
