Claims (1)
- 片面に伝送線路パターン、もう１方の面の全面
にグランド用金属膜をもつＭＩＣ（ＭＩＣＲＯＷ
ＡＶＥ ＩＮＴＥＧＲＡＴＥＤ ＣＩＲＣＵＩＴ
）基板と、上記グランド用金属膜にハンダ付され
た金属キヤリアとにより構成されたＭＩＣ回路に
おいて、ＭＩＣ基板上面パターンと、基板裏面グ
ランド用金属間とを金リボンにより接続し、基板
上面に、グランド端子ボンデイング用パツドを施
けたことを特徴とするＭＩＣ回路。
