Claims (1)
- 導電性シヤーシと、このシヤーシの同一平面上
に取り付けた高周波回路を実装し信号ライン接続
方向の側面に凸部（または、凹部）を設けた気密
ケースと、高周波回路を実装したセラミツク基板
を取付けて信号ライン接続方向の側面に上記凸部
（または、凹部）と結合する凹部（または、凸部
）を設けた金属キヤリアと、上記凹部上面にハン
ダ付ホールを形成し、上記気密ケースと金属キヤ
リアの凹部、凸部を上記ハンダ付ホールからハン
ダ付することにより結合した結合部とを具備した
ことを特徴とする接続回路。
