- 電子部品を搭載した第１の回路基板と、前記第
１の回路基板に取付けて第１の回路基板の配線と
接続した外部端子と、前記第の回路基板上に固着
し且つ電子部品を搭載した第２の回路基板とを有
することを特徴とする混成集積回路。
