- 基板上にコイルが設けられ、該基板にチツプコ
ンデンサと接続する外部端子の一部が埋設されて
なるコイル装置の端子構造において、該外部端子
の埋設部分に切り込みを形成してなる構成のコイ
ル装置の端子構造。
