- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 絶縁基板１′の表面に薄膜回路パターンと、裏
面に接地用導体パターン１ａと、該両パターンを
接続する表裏貫通のビアホール１ｂとを備える薄
膜回路基板において、 前記ビアホール１ｂの内面及びその表裏周囲に
半田濡れの悪い金属膜１ｅを被着することを特徴
とする薄膜回路基板。
