Claims (1)
- 化合物半導体の基板と、基板の表面に整列して
設けられた複数の発光部と、基板の表面に設けら
れ、発光部とオーミツク接触するコンタクト部と
配線を施こすパツト部とコンタクト部とパツト部
を結ぶリード部とからなる個別電極と、基板の表
面を覆い少なくとも個別電極のリード部とパツト
部に複数の透孔を有する透光性の絶縁被膜とを具
備した事を特徴とする発光ダイオードアレイ。
