- 化合物半導体の基板と、該基板の表面に整列し
て設けられた拡散層からなる複数の発光部と、該
発光部にオーミツク接触された個別電極を有する
光プリンタ用発光ダイオードアレイにおいて、前
記発光部の整列間隙に発光部の略中央部の拡散深
さより浅い溝が設けられていることを特徴とする
光プリンタ用発光ダイオードアレイ。
