- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 複数個の発光ダイオードの発光面を直線的に配
列し、個々の発光面とコンタクトをとるための電
極用導体層を発光面と一部重ねて設けてなる半導
体発光素子において、 少なくともダイシングラインに隣接する発光ダ
イオードの、前記電極用導体層の発光面との重な
り部の発光面の配列方向の幅Ｗ２を、前記発光面
の配列方向の幅Ｗ１より小さくして前記電極用導
体層の重なり部を発光面の幅Ｗ１の範囲に収まる
ように配置したことを特徴とする半導体発光素子
の電極パターン構造。
