Claims (1)
- 化合物半導体の表面に整列して設けられた複数
のＰＮ接合による発光部を有した光プリンタ用Ｌ
ＥＤ素子において、ＬＥＤ素子の端縁に位置する
発光部は発光部の整列方向に対し延在する方向で
ある連接側端縁に向つて狭窄部分を介して延在し
ている事を特徴とする光プリンタ用ＬＥＤ素子。
