- 化合物半導体の基板と、基板の主面に整列して
設けられた複数の発光領域と、その発光領域にオ
ーミツク接続された電極とを有した発光ダイオー
ドアレイにおいて、前記電極はワイヤボンド部と
して凹部を有する多層構造からなつている事を特
徴とする発光ダイオードアレイ。
