られた複数の発光領域と、該発光領域にオーミツ
ク接続された電極と、発光領域の近傍に設けられ
た微小拡散領域とを具備したことを特徴とする発
光ダイオードアレイ。 (2) 前記微小拡散領域は前記電極と重ならない
位置に設けられたことを特徴とする前記実用新案
