    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 発光・受光素子のチツプを載置し複数本のリー
    ド線を前記半導体チツプを覆うフードを形成した
    リングを嵌合して形成するパツケージ構造におい
    て、前記ステムの外周面の一部に設けられる位置
    合わせ用突起には、その面上へ軸方向に向つて突
    出する三角状凸部を形成し、これに対するリング
    には、前記位置合わせ用突起と三角状凸部に対応
    する位置決め用の三角状凹部を設けてなり、両者
    の位置合わせ工程を正確にすることを特徴とする
    発光・受光素子のパツケージ構造。
