- リードフレームに載置された複数の発光素子と
受光素子対を夫々相対向させて同一の透光性樹脂
により被覆一体化してなる多チヤンネル型光結合
素子において、前記発光素子及び受光素子を載置
する各リード部の先端に凹状の反射面を有する素
子載置部を設けてなることを特徴とする多チヤン
ネル型光結合素子。
