Claims (1)
- 発光素子と受光素子を相対向させて配置し、樹
脂モールドによりパツケージングしてなる光結合
素子において、リードフレームに搭載された前記
発光素子と発光素子側の他のリードフレーム間及
びリードフレームに搭載された前記受光素子と受
光素子側の他のリードフレーム間を、それぞれ高
絶縁材で被覆した線材により電気的に接続してな
るこちを特徴とする光結合素子。
