Claims (1)
- 発光チツプと受光チツプとを対向させてなる光
結合素子において、上記両チツプの少なくとも一
方のチツプを固定する第１導電路のリードフレー
ム上に、該リードフレームから絶縁され、一端が
上記チツプ近傍まで延在した第２導電路を形成し
、該第２導電路の一端と上記チツプとをワイヤボ
ンドすると共に、上記チツプ及び上記ワイヤボン
ド部とを含めて、同一樹脂で封止したことを特徴
とする光結合素子。
