Claims (1)
- 合成樹脂製の反射板に両電極端子をめつき配線
し、一方の電極端子の一端にＬＥＤチツプを取着
して、他方の電極端子の一端とこのＬＥＤチツプ
間に金線等のボンデイングワイヤーを配線し、こ
のＬＥＤチツプとボンデイングワイヤーとを透明
性を有する合成樹脂で封止して側面発光表示素子
を形成し、この側面発光表示素子の両電極端子の
他端を基板の表面に取着実装してなることを特徴
とする側面発光表示装置。
