Claims (1)
- 発光素子と光学的に結合された受光素子を同一
のパツケージ内に樹脂封止した光結合素子におい
て、電極端子はパツケージの裏面に位置されると
共に折り曲げ成形され、さらに樹脂側面の位置で
終端していることを特徴とする光結合素子。
