Claims (1)
- 同一平面上に素子配置部を設けた１対のリード
端子と、該素子配置部に配置した発光素子及び受
光素子と、該両素子を包含し、光学的に連結する
樹脂と、前記樹脂の外方に設けた外装樹脂とを少
くとも備えている光結合装置において、前記両素
子を光学的に連結する樹脂が、透明エポキシ樹脂
により構成され、前記外装樹脂が黒色エポキシ樹
脂で構成されたことを特徴とする光結合装置。
