- 一対のリードフレームに発光チツプと受光チツ
プを向い合せにマウントし、これらを透明樹脂で
モールドした光結合素子において、前記透明樹脂
の表面に反射効率の良い白色粉体を付着したこと
を特徴とする光結合素子。
