Claims (1)
- 発光チツプと受光チツプを有し、該発光チツプ
と受光チツプの間に充填された透明樹脂が光伝達
経路を形成してなる光結合素子の実装構造におい
て、前記受光チツプの受光側に、前記受光チツプ
を覆い前記透明樹脂に対して屈折率の高い樹脂で
形成された透明の凸状領域を設けたことを特徴と
する光結合素子の実装構造。
