Claims (1)
- リードフレームに集積回路素子が搭載され、前
記リードフレームの端子と前記集積回路素子の電
極とが金属細線により結線され、樹脂によりモー
ルド成形され、前記リードフレームは切断され曲
げ加工が施されてなる集積回路装置において、前
記リードフレームのうち特定のリードフレームの
外部リードの形状を他の外部リードの形状と異な
るようにしたことを特徴とする集積回路装置。
