- 発光素子搭載部に固着された発光素子と受光素
子搭載部に固着された受光素子との間に耐圧分離
ガラスからなるスペーサを挿入した半導体装置に
於いて、前記各素子と接触する前記スペーサがそ
の接触面から立上るエツジ部に所定の傾斜形状を
有することを特徴とする半導体装置。
