Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 素子ステムに素子チツプを取りつけ外周囲
をキヤツプで包囲してなる発光素子において、前
記素子チツプの発光面側に集光用の第１レンズを
固着し、前記キヤツプの出射光窓部に集光用の第
２レンズを設けてなることを特徴とする発光素子
。 (2) 第１レンズは微小球レンズとしてなり、第
２レンズはキヤツプの出射光窓部に予め固着され
た肉厚の凸レンズとしてなる実用新案登録請求の
範囲第１項記載の発光素子。
