Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 金属基台と、その金属基台の主面に絶縁層
を介して設けられた銅層と、銅層の１部に絶縁薄
膜を介して設けられたパターン配線と、露出した
銅層に載置固着されパターン配線に配線が施され
たモノリシツクの発光ダイオードとを具備した事
を特徴とする光プレンタヘツド。 (2) 前記銅層は前記金属基台の略全面に設けら
れ、前記絶縁薄膜は窒化硅素からなる事を特徴と
する前記実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の光
プリンタヘツド。
