- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 局部的に設けられた発光領域と、該発光領
域に対応する表面に識別手段を有した表面電極を
具備した発光素子と、側面に十字状又はＴ字状の
識別手段を有した素子の載置部を有した載置架台
とを具備した事を特徴とする光半導体装置。 (2) 前記発光領域および、表面電極の識別手段
は、発光素子の中心より１端側に偏位している事
を特徴とする前記実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項
記載の光半導体装置。
