- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 共通の半導体基板上に、互いに同一の層構造か
ら成る半導体レーザ素子と受光素子とを具える半
導体レーザ装置において、 前記半導体レーザ素子と前記受光素子とが同一
のエツチング処理によつて画成されており、 前記受光素子の受光面が前記半導体基板に対し
て垂直であり、かつモニター用出射面に対して傾
斜して成る ことを特徴とする半導体レーザ装置。
