  1. 表面に樹脂層を有する金属基台からなる基板と
    、基板上に整列して固着された複数のモノリシツ
    ク型の発光ダイオードと、基板上に固着された発
    光ダイオードの駆動素子と、発光ダイオードおよ
    び駆動素子を覆い基板上にシリコン系の接着剤で
    接着・封止された長尺のカバーガラスとを具備し
    た事を特徴とする光プリンタヘツド。
