Claims (1)
- 化合物半導体の基台の表面に光プリンタの主走
査方向に一致する方向に整列して設けられた複数
の発光領域と、発光領域の１部を覆い、発光領域
とオーミツク接触がとられ基台の表面に設けられ
た電極とを具備した光プリンタ用発光ダイオード
において、前記電極は発光領域の上において、副
走査方向に延在する帯状領域と、その帯状領域と
交わるよう延在し帯状領域より巾の狭いひげ状領
域とを有している事を特徴とする光プリンタ用発
光ダイオード。
