- 化合物半導体を表面に整列して設けられ、各辺
に多数の凹凸を有した略多角形状の表面形状を有
する複数の発光領域と、その発光領域の凹凸の凸
部を覆い発光領域の各々とオーミツク接触がとら
れた電極とを具備した事を特徴とする光プリンタ
用発光ダイオードアレイ。
