- 個別に分離した多数のＰＮ接合部を有するＬＥ
Ｄアレイにおいて、ウエハー表面の発光面とドツ
ト分離部を除いた部分に絶縁層を介してＰ電極を
形成し、その上に発光面に対応した導光孔を有す
る遮光層を形成したことを特徴とするＬＥＤアレ
イ。
