Claims (1)
- 透光性絶縁基板上に、透光性導電酸化物の第１
電極、半導体膜、第２電極をこの順に積層した光
起電力素子を複数個並置し、互いに隣接した光起
電力素子を、一方の光起電力素子の第１電極と、
該第１電極の一方の分離溝近傍に形成された導電
層を介して他方の光起電力素子の第２電極とを電
気的に結合すると共に、当該隣接光起電力素子の
第２電極を、上記導電層上に形成された絶縁層の
上方で電気的に分離したことを特徴とする光起電
力装置。
