Claims (1)
- 基板の絶縁表面に、第１電極膜、半導体膜及び
第２電極膜を少なくともこの順序で積層した光電
変換素子を複数個配置し、互いに隣接する光電変
換素子の第１電極膜と第２電極膜を導電部材を介
して電気的に結合した直列接続型光起電力装置で
あつて、上記導電部材は第１電極膜の延長部分上
に設けられると共に上記半導体膜の膜厚より大き
い凹凸表面を備え、当該凹凸表面の少なくとも一
部分がその上に位置する半導体膜部分を貫通して
隣接光電変換素子の第２電極膜延長部分と当接す
ることを特徴とした直列接続型光起電力装置。
