Claims (1)
- 絶縁基板上に、受光面電極とアモルフアスシリ
コン系半導体と裏面電極とを積層して成る光起電
力素子を複数形成するとともに、該光起電力素子
の受光面電極と隣接する光起電力素子の裏面電極
とを直列に接続して構成された光起電力装置であ
つて、前記光起電力素子の受光面電極又は裏面電
極のいずれか一方又は双方を複数に分割したこと
を特徴とする光起電力装置。
