  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 絶縁表面を有する透明基板上に透明電極、非
    晶質半導体層、裏面電極を順次積層させてなる発
    電区域が複数個互いに直列接続された光起電力装
    置において、出力を取り出すための取出部を設け
    た２つの発電区域のうちの少なくとも一方の発電
    区域における透明電極が分割されるとともに、分
    割区の１つに出力取出部が設けられていることを
    特徴とする光起電力装置。 ２ 出力を取り出すための取出部を設けた２つの
    発電区域のうちの少なくとも一方の発電区域にお
    ける透明電極が分割されるとともに、残りの発電
    区域における透明電極がそれぞれ前記分割ライン
    の延長直線上で分割されている請求項１記載の装
    置。 ３ 出力取出部が透明電極上に設けられている請
    求項１又は２記載の装置。
