- 基板１の一主面に、非晶質半導体層３を挾んで

，４ｂを設けた光起電力装置において、前記背面
電極４と前記出力端子部４ａ，４ｂとを導電ペー
ストを印刷し、焼付けることにより成膜された導
電膜により形成したことを特徴とする光起電力装
置。
