  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 絶縁性基板上に、裏面電極、光活性層、透明
    導電膜をこの順序に積層して配列形成した複数の
    光起電力素子における相隣する一方の光起電力素
    子の裏面電極と、他方の光起電力素子の透明導電
    膜とを条状導電部を介在させて直列接続してなる
    集積型光起電力装置において、前記条状導電部は
    前記直列接続部分における絶縁性基板と裏面電極
    との間に介在させたことを特徴とする集積型光起
    電力装置。 ２ 前記光活性層はアモルフアスシリコンにて構
    成されている実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載
    の集積型光起電力装置。 ３ 前記絶縁性基板は金属板表面に絶縁膜を被せ
    て形成してある実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記
    載の集積型光起電力装置。
