Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 導電性基板上に絶縁層、第１の電極、非単結晶半導体層
    、第２の電極を順次積層してなるユニットの複数個が形
    成され、前蔭ユニットの第１の電極の側面または上面と
    次段のユニットの第２の電極とが接触して、直列に接続
    されたものにおいて、導電性基板上の絶縁層の少なくと
    も一部を有さず、該部分において、前記第１の電極と前
    記導電性基板とが接触しており、前記導電性基板は電力
    取り出し用の電極の一部を兼ねていることを特徴とする
    薄膜太陽電池。
