  1. ガラス基板１上に透明電極２、アモルファスシリコン膜
    ３及び金属電極４を順次積層して複数個の太陽電池素子
    １を形成し、かつこれら太陽電池素子１の両端部を接続
    金具５を介して平面的に接続してなる太陽電池。
