Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ランプと、このランプに対向する傘部を有した器具本体
    とからなる照明器具において、上記傘部を可塑性を有す
    る絶縁性基板と、この基板上に順次積層した金属膜、半
    導体薄層、集電極および保護膜からなる光起電部とから
    太陽電池を構成し、かつこの太陽電池の出力端子を上記
    器具本体に装着するようにしたことを特徴とする太陽電
    池機能付照明器具。
