  1. 共通透明絶縁基板上に一方向に並んで配置ごれ、それぞ
    れ透明導電膜、アモルファス半導有膜、金属導電膜が積
    層されてなる単一セルが直ダ接続されるものにおいて、
    透明導電膜のセルの布ぶ方向に見て両側方への延長部に
    隣接セルの金属膜の延長部が重ねられたことを特徴とす
    る太陽１池。
