- 透明絶縁基板上に透明電極を形成し、該電極上にＰ形半
導体層、ノンドープ層、Ｎ形半導体層、上部電極を形成
して成る非晶質太陽電池において、前記透明絶縁基板の
入射光面を荒らすことを特徴とする非晶質太陽電池。
