Claims (2)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）絶間絶縁基板上に透明電極、アモルファスシリコ
    ン層、金属電極を順次積層してなるユニットの複数個が
    形成され、前段のユニットの金属電極の端部が次段のユ
    ニットの透明電極の露出した端部に接触することにより
    直列接続されるものにおいて、次段のユニットの透明電
    極に接触する金属電極により前段と次段のユニット間の
    アモルファスシリコン層の間隙を満たされたことを特徴
    とする薄膜太陽電池。
  2. （２）実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の電池におい
    て、前段のユニットの金属電極の次段のユニットのアモ
    ）レファスシリコン層を覆う端部と次段のユニットの金
    属電極との間隙の下側にアモルファスシリコン層がない
    ことを特徴とする薄膜太陽電池。
